As I said, I’ve been extremely busy lately. Originally I had hoped to go to the stationary shop this weekend and print off/photocopy a few copies of my novel or at least the first little bit, to send to publishing companies. I haven’t had time, however, to get the cover letter, synopsis, and whatever else I need to send with the copies ready yet, and I realize I’m far from where I need to be in terms of that. The book I have has been very useful in helping me determine exactly what I need to get together before I send the book, but unfortunately, I don’t have time to put that together at this point.

It is a sad thing when the world around me, namely the people I live with, don’t understand the time and dedication it takes to be an author, and aren’t willing to give me that time. I am sorry to say that I’m not getting anywhere with this, but with any luck I will slowly trek along, hopefully finding time to get the package I need together eventually.
